Experiment Complete

I've decided that since I have 5 faithful readers then I guess I better give the public what they want and I will give you pictures, stories, updates and memories. I know I can hear your cheers now. Here are some of the ways I spent my summer. (I don't have any more recent pictures, so this is what you get). The first one is of my nephew and me when I went home to Oregon with them. Then there are two of me hiking and with the group at Havasupai. It was great fun and as you can see it about flattened me. Then I'm a butter fly at the Red Butte gardens. And last but not least my old roommate and I are very interested in something on a ward hike/campout. So there you have it. Real pictures real stories. Real life. See I can follow the crowd and do what everyone else is doing with a normal blog entry.

BORING BLOG

A certain someone has bought it to my attention that my blog is boring. When I learned this I was deeply hurt, hurt to the core. Of all the things that someone could say to a person, I think that is the worst. It doesn't even compare to someone asking when your baby is due, when you aren't pregnant. If someone asks me that I just tell them that I don't know but I've been waiting for a long time for that baby and I definitely think I'm due for a baby. It doesn't compare to someone saying that your child is ugly because maybe they just saw your child in bad lighting. It doesn't compare with someone telling you your mama wears combat boots (I've never understood why that's an insult). It doesn't even compare to someone asking what's wrong with your face. What are some other things that wouldn't be as hurtful as having a boring blog? Just curious. Feel free to leave your ideas.

The Pressure

So I've decided that having a blog is a lot of pressure. Will my blog be good enough, will people like reading my blog, will people make fun of my blog, will my blog be respected by fellow bloggers? It's just so stressful. After almost a month of pondering such questions I have decided that I really like the new wafer Crunch bar. I've only had it once but I loved it. It was perfect. Just the right amount of crunch to chocolate ratio. It's probably a good thing that I don't see them everywhere or I would be eating them like they were going out of style.

"Becky" is leaving :(

Last night I saw my friend "Becky", she is moving to Ohio. That makes me really sad. So, so sad. But one thing that makes me happy is that before she left I got to share a really funny joke about OHIO to her. She loved it and is super excited to share it with everyone she mets out there. It's a sure fire way to make friends. Good luck Becky!

Clowns are a girls best friend

I have a friend we'll call her Anna Chelsea. She loves clowns, in fact she loves them so much she joined the circus and married one. Her love for clowns began at her 25th birthday when she was given a "dancing" clown for her entertainment. Since then she has been consumed but her passion for clowns. She never dreamed, however, that some day she would be given the grand opportunity of becoming one, traveling with the circus and even marrying one. Today I would like to pay tribute to Anna Chelsea and tell her way to go, way to live out your dreams and become the clown you always knew you could be. I knew you had it in you. Congratulations!
